Great photo but sad thing is most schools don’t even have teams now. Health and safety or what I don’t know!
Don’t understand why there is a present lack of school football teams. It was a great part of my life at both Bailey Street and Richard Hind schools, I guess for many other lads too.
It is because the Teesside Junior Alliance have leagues from U7 to U18, so schools don’t need football teams because these games are played on some school pitches on a Saturday & Sunday.
