This is thought to be a photograph of Mrs Cummins at the Seamen’s Mission on The Square, Stockton. The two ladies with the wonderfully sliced bread are unknown.

  1. My Mistake! I have this photo from my gran she is the lady on the right standing… MARTHA PATERSON. I thought the lady sitting was her mother, my g gran… MARY POOLE… no evidence to confirm it. She married WILSON FISH my grandad, they lived in Swainby Road, Tilery then on Roseworth.

    • Hi Jean I have seen this picture many times and always thought it looked like my Nana Fish but never knew it was what a surprise. Pauline x
