The school was where the Buffs stands now
It was a high school in the past wasn’t it?
This Terrace has had many uses in my long lifetime from posh housing to warehousing my daughter Sandra worked there after leaving school for a while.
As the High Street was taken over by shops the people in Town Houses moved out. Hartington Road, Yarm Road and the start of Hartburn Road plus Streets around Ropner Park, Places you needed a decent job to live.
As the big shops move on never to return so the High Street could become housing again, you cannot stop change.
