A class photograph from Holy Trinity Boys School on Yarm Road taken in 1962. Does anyone remember the teacher in the middle of the photo and the student teacher next to him?

Photograph and details courtesy of Alan Dodds who attended the school from 1961 – 1964.
Hi. I left in December 1962 top class. I don’t recognize this teacher. My teacher for last year’s class in 1962 was Mr Brown. There was also teachers Thomson and Ganner.
Would like to know who this teacher is
I wish I could help, especially since I was in J3 1961-2 and J4 in 1962-3. I can’t put a name to either teacher, though the name Wilkinson comes to mind for the student.
Teachers I remember:
J1 Miss Allen
J2 Mrs Britten
J3 Mrs Tolson
J3B Mr Scott
J4 Mr Sawyer
S1 Mr Thompson
S2 Mr Pincheon
S3 Mr Brown
S4 Mr Ganer
Head Mr Nesbitt
I was at Holy Trinity Boys School from1956 to 1962 and I think the teacher on the right looking at the photo is Mr Thompson
Is the teacher Mr Tingle?
I think Mr Tingle is probably right. I don’t remember Mr Thompson having such a head of hair.
Mr Thompson was almost bald in centre [very thin on top]. I saw him quite often. His wife used to come to our house every fortnight or so, to play Whist with my Nan.
Four eldery lady card sharps! I loved it [early 1950’s] as there was always a nice afternoon tea, which I could tuck into. WW2 rationing still occurring but Nan was wealthy enough to get what she wanted from tenants, who had coupons but no money! – thus coupons no good to them.
Yes. Mr Tingle. I remember now. Thomson was science and PE. teacher. Every boy could touch his toes when getting a whack on the backside with his famous rubber pipe. No touching toes you got a further whack. Lol
Mr Ganner was woodwork teacher in the classrooms at the other end of the church grounds. The 2nd classroom for art.
