The Waterloo Mills c1910 (built in 1780 as Sugarhouse refinery and later used as a granary and warehouse), on the Quayside in Stockton, adjacent to the Baltic Tavern. Hoist platforms can be seen on the third, fourth and fifth floors. A wide variety of advertisements are on the bill-board in the picture.

I believe 18 Quay Side was the Baltic Tavern, previously known as the Blue Anchor Tavern.
I am searching for my ancestors William and Mary Robson licensed victualler living at 18 Quay Side in 1891 was there a pub site. Also daughter Agnes and Thomas Jobling wine and spirit merchent living at Yarm Lane in 1901 can anyone help please
