Tommy Booths farm was on the Green, we used to go there as kids helping him. He used to deliver milk on his horse and cart. I helped him before school. We called at the houses for the order and were given a jug. Tommy would fill the jug and we took it back. He gave us 6 pence and we bought sweets. Happy times.
