Going to the Races – Redcar on a race day, who’s been there, beach and town town full of mothers and children, where are the dads, dinner time cafés and restaurants full of mothers and children, where are the dads. Getting towards tea time, going to the train station, look mam theirs dad, have a nice day at the sea side kids? Roy.
Great to see pictures of defunct racecourses.Stockton or Teeside as it was better known closed in 1981 and is sadly missed.Would you have any pictures of the site as it is today?
