Yes ,agree with G.Thompson. There is a Mk2 Ford Cortina in the picture 1966-70, so Post -66 and the building with the clock has not yet been converted into the Nat/West Bank, so perhaps later 1960s for photograph. Loading... Reply ↓

I would say that is not 1979 try ten years earlier maybe.
