  1. Reverend Brack must have turned down the offer as he remained Rector of St. Peters Wolviston until his retirement in 1950. He spent some early years in Norway where Grieg the composer, Amunsden the explorer and Ibsen the writer were some of his friends. Also one of the youngest to graduate from Cambridge. A very learned and interesting man although his wife always sat in the back seat of the car when he was driving!!!!

    • I was christened at St Peters in Wolviston in early 1951 and my parents told me over the years that I’d just missed out on the Reverend Brack.
