Does anyone know and when Head Wrightson’s came to own the Friarage, and why? Come on, you knowledgable types. Over to you.
Ian I would say 1957-58. I was 19 at the time and with a joiner called George Reeves we were the first of the HW’s maintenance squad to go into the building receiving the keys from the caretaker there.
