The car is a 1980 reg mk 5 cortina, I owned that very car from 1987-89 🙂
Boulton &Paul, large scale joinery manufacturers, originally a Norwich company, which at one time also manufactured aircraft such as the Boulton Paul Defiant a WW2 RAF plane. Name seems to have disappeared c2000, firm probably swallowed up by a merger or sale. The car is a Mk 4 Ford Cortina C1979 on by the registration number.
Not much has changed, though sensibly, the lamp post is no longer in the middle of the path!

Well thats a great photo for not how to store flammable material. If the HSE conducted a visit im sure they would issue a notice on the company until they conducted proper housekeeping.
Those pallets stacked against the buildings wall are a shambles.
