Does anyone know anymore information on this house as my great great grandparents owned this house in the 1800’s / 1900’s they were called Edward Vaughan & Susannah Vaughan formerly Reilly

I was speaking to my sister Yvonne and she said that you possibly know each other as you used to say we were related and maybe went to school together. Our great grandmas maiden name was Reilly and our nana Helena (Nellie) and great auntie Sue were born in Cleveland Row. Maybe our nana and your relative were sisters.
This building looks very much like the old Stockton police station in Church Road, now offices of the Stockton Council.
If you consult the old maps of Stockton Cleveland Row appears but is now under Riverside Road due south of the CO-op Dairy.
Where was Cleveland Row? Does anyone know? I would guess that it was in the vicinity of Thistle Green. This picture shows the period at it”s best with a delightful doorway. The cobbles and railings complete the image. I remember the cobbles on the street surface in Hutchinson Street when I was a young child. The Co-op milkfloats pulled by horses would come clattering along at a fair old lick at five or six in the morning. Thus ensuring that I was awake for school.
