Did everyone in Stockton get one of these medals?
The Silver coloured medal is a Railway Centenary (1825-1925) one and has ‘Presented by L. Ropner, Mayor of Stockton-on-Tees, 1925’ engraved on it. The other has King George V and Queen Mary on one side and Councillor M. Robinson, JP Mayor of Stockton-on-Tees, Coronation, June 22nd 1911 on the other. Any information about these medals would be much appreciated.

A view of Stockton Station. In the distance is the footbridge from Thompson Street to the area which we believe was known as Eastbourne. Date unknown.
