Did everyone in Stockton get one of these medals?
The Silver coloured medal is a Railway Centenary (1825-1925) one and has ‘Presented by L. Ropner, Mayor of Stockton-on-Tees, 1925’ engraved on it. The other has King George V and Queen Mary on one side and Councillor M. Robinson, JP Mayor of Stockton-on-Tees, Coronation, June 22nd 1911 on the other. Any information about these medals would be much appreciated.

Thousands of Stockton residents and visitors watched an amazing pyrotechnic display which illuminated the sky on Tuesday 5 November 2013. The fireworks were synchronised to Queen classics such as ‘We Will Rock You’, ‘We are the Champions’ and ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’.
